1. LGN Tip: Post-workout: Shortly after training, you should prioritize eating a meal of protein and carbohydrate. Some people feel better if they eat immediately after (often in the form of a shake) but some people wait a while. If you want to ensure positive adaptation to exercise, try to eat a large amount of your daily calories in your post-workout meals, starting with a protein/carb shake if possible. CrossFit Unite is the newest landmark in Concord, located at 21 Union Street South, right behind the Creamery. It’s a large CrossFit box that is nestled into a historic district among some of Concord’s most iconic businesses.

This is what a CrossFit box SHOULD be.

CrossFit Unite is a place where people can come and get an intense workout any day of the week. We have plenty of equipment, in house child care, and classes that run throughout the day. If you live in the Concord area, there is no excuse to be out of shape!

We have over 200 available parking spots behind the building and across the street. Our Main Entrance is off of Church St. (look for “Green Awning”)
